Mark has a goal for getting people back to basics and guiding them to take control over their own heath. One of the most important ways this is achievable is through the food we eat daily, Mark has therefore named his business Nutrition Revolution as he knows that a change in the way we are eating will significantly contribute to the turnaround in the nations declining health driven by poor food choices and outdated government dietary guidelines.
Marks focus is to regain the heath of his patients by empowering them to be proactive in making changes to better themselves.

What is nutritional medicine?

Nutritional medicine is a personalised approach to health care that recognises the biological individuality of each patient. Nutritional medicine works to restore optimal health by addressing the underlying cause of a problem, not just addressing the symptoms. It is an evidence-based field of health care that views the body as an interconnected whole, and acknowledges the importance of these connections in health and disease.
In nutritional medicine, the patient is empowered, educated and encouraged to play an active role in the healing process. With a nutritional medicine practitioner you have someone trained in biomedical treatments with a whole range of integrated and nutritional treatments such as dietary changes and specialised supplementation specific to the individual’s needs, as one size does not fit all!
